1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," "your") and malbet ("malbet," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at malbet.bio. 3 Account Registration

• Deposits are accepted from payment methods registered in the account holder's own name only. malbet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, credit facilities obtained for gambling purposes, or accounts held by persons other than the registered malbet user.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the malbet cashier at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by malbet's finance team. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and, where applicable, wagering requirement completion.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the malbet platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the malbet platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. malbet does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where malbet has published specific rules permitting cash-out or bet cancellation under defined circumstances.
• malbet reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error (palpable error) or where a technical fault affected the correct presentation of odds or game information.
• In the event of a disputed result, malbet's decision on the final settlement of a bet is final and binding, subject only to a formal complaint process outlined in malbet's support documentation.
• Winnings are credited to the user's malbet account balance in PKR immediately following the settlement of the relevant event or game round.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

malbet may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms and wagering requirements published alongside the relevant offer. The following general bonus terms apply:

• Bonuses are awarded at malbet's sole discretion. malbet may modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Withdrawing a balance before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Only one bonus offer may be active at any time per malbet account unless the promotional terms explicitly permit otherwise.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or coordinating play with other users to exploit promotional terms — will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all bonuses and related winnings.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the malbet platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with malbet's platform or place bets.
• Engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage betting in violation of malbet's terms, or any form of collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate outcomes.
• Money laundering or using malbet to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false identity or registration information, impersonating another person, or accessing another user's malbet account without authorisation.
• Any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the malbet platform or negatively impacts other users' experience.
• Accessing malbet from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law, using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the malbet platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of malbet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the malbet platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or exploit any malbet content for any commercial purpose without express written consent from malbet.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, malbet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Any interruption, delay, or unavailability of the malbet platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond malbet's reasonable control.
• Any financial loss arising from bets placed on the malbet platform, including losses resulting from technical errors that were corrected prior to settlement.

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, even if malbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

malbet's total aggregate liability to any individual user in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user into their malbet account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the date of the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

malbet is committed to responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable users. All malbet users have access to the following responsible gaming tools via their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set maximum deposit amounts on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to control spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set period of continuous play.

Dormant account fees may apply to inactive accounts in accordance with malbet's published fee schedule. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of any bonus amounts subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via their registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

12 Privacy & Data

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the malbet platform that cannot be resolved through malbet's internal complaint resolution process shall be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of the relevant competent authority as applicable. 14 Amendments to These Terms
